FORMAT
Round robin or pool play followed by at least the top 2 teams advancing to the playoff. The number of games and points per game vary based on the number of entries in each bracket. Brackets with less than 4 teams registered will be combined with another bracket.

SCHEDULE
Will be posted on the Tournament WhatsApp Chat on Thursday, June 19th, 2025 by 9:00pm EST. The event runs in waves (8:30am, 10:30am, 12:30pm, 2:30pm and 4:30pm). Bracket times will be assigned based on the number of registrants, so specific times cannot be set until registration closes. Players or teams may sign up for a second bracket as long as there are no time conflicts. Start times, divisions, the total number of games, and overall play duration are subject to change and will be finalized after the registration deadline. 

RULES

- This is a recreational Tournament and the goal is to have fun.
- Players have to arrive 15 minutes before their game starting time.
-  All games will be sudden death: the first to reach 11 points wins in Round Robin games, and the first to reach 15 points wins in Playoff games.
- Group phase Tie breakers: 1)Winner of each other game, 2)Highest points differential, 3)Highest scored points, 4)Coin flip
- Any rule not defined here will be reviewed by the Tournament Organizers.

ALL PLAYERS MUST have a DUPR account to play, if you do not have a DUPR account then you can sign up here
You do not need an exact rating to enter the tournament. Players with a rating of NR may enter any bracket they deem appropriate. However, those with ratings will be asked to enter the appropriate bracket to avoid sandbagging. In other words, higher level players may not enter lower level brackets. But, lower level players may enter higher level brackets if they feel it is appropriate for them to do so. 

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

A refund, less a $12 processing fee, will be issued for all cancellations made before 06/16/2025, regardless of the reason. Any cancellations made on or after 06/16/2025 will result in the forfeiture of the payment made.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

This is an outdoor event, and play is subject to weather and court conditions. In the event of inclement weather, rain, lightning, or unsafe surfaces, the Tournament Director reserves the right to delay or suspend matches to ensure player safety. If weather permits, we will do our best to extend the event hours on the same day to resume play. Players must remain attentive to all event communications, via the official WhatsApp group and be prepared to report back to the courts after a delay. Failure to return when play resumes may result in forfeiture of the match and registration. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related cancellations or delays once the tournament has begun. All decisions made by the Tournament Director regarding weather-related changes are final.
